Exhibition by Doug & Mike Starn on the roof of the Met in New York. It is a giant bamboo installment, and there are rock-climbers adding to it daily. Read about it on the Met’s website, because I can’t do it justice:

I wish I was eating this right now. They used to serve a dish like this at a restaurant in Denver, but they stopped serving it and I’ve been craving it since.
